1.General principles
Users must follow both the wording and purpose of these Rules: equal conditions, economic integrity and community safety. Attempts to exploit a technical ambiguity to gain an obviously unfair advantage are assessed according to the substance of the action.
Ignorance of the Rules does not remove responsibility. Responsibility extends to all master accounts, game accounts and characters actually controlled by the same user.
2.Accounts and access
- Selling, buying, renting, exchanging, sharing or transferring accounts to third parties is prohibited.
- Impersonating another player, project staff or a payment provider, or registering similar names to deceive others, is prohibited.
- The number of simultaneously used game accounts and clients is determined by the published server settings. Circumventing that limit is prohibited.
- Owners are responsible for actions performed through their accounts. Report compromise to support immediately and change any passwords you can access.
3.Bots, macros and third-party software
Any automation that performs game actions without direct, continuous human control or provides an advantage unavailable through the standard client is prohibited.
- Bots, autoclickers, looping or conditional macros, scripts, hardware repeaters and remote control farms.
- Cheats, memory editors, injectors, substituted files, modified network packets and tools that bypass client or server protection.
- Radars, overlays and analysers that expose hidden game information or automatically react to events.
- Handing control to third parties or services for levelling, farming, event participation or other gameplay.
If you are unsure whether software or a device is permitted, obtain an answer from the Administration before using it. Absence from this example list does not mean permission.
4.Bugs, vulnerabilities and interference
- Knowingly exploiting bugs, duplication, desynchronisation, geodata errors or errors in quests, shops, auctions, rewards, payments or the account dashboard is prohibited.
- Concealing, selling or distributing exploitation methods is prohibited. Report discoveries privately to support without repeating them for gain.
- Scanning, guessing access credentials, DDoS, request tampering, bypassing restrictions, obtaining others' data or attempting to disrupt infrastructure is prohibited.
- Assets and results obtained through errors may be removed regardless of whether an additional penalty is imposed.
5.Fair play and game events
- Match fixing, artificially farming ratings or rewards, deliberately giving away victories and using controlled accounts to bypass event conditions are prohibited.
- Participating through multiple accounts where an event permits only one participant, character or client is prohibited.
- Blocking game objects or passages to disrupt the server, delaying events by technical means and systematic harassment beyond ordinary PvP are prohibited.
- Ordinary game conflicts, competition for resources and PvP are not violations by themselves unless accompanied by prohibited methods, threats or exploits.
6.Communication and behaviour
Criticism and reasoned debate are allowed. Disagreement with an administrative decision is not itself a violation if users follow communication rules and the prescribed appeal procedure.
- Real threats, bullying, publishing personal data, extortion, blackmail and incitement to violence are prohibited.
- Incitement to hatred, discriminatory abuse, sexual harassment and content unlawful under applicable law are prohibited.
- Spam, flooding, mass identical messages, malicious links, fraudulent offers and advertising other projects without permission are prohibited.
- Public discussion of methods to evade penalties, publication of private support correspondence without participants' consent and knowingly spreading false information on behalf of the Administration are prohibited.
7.Trading and economy
- Buying or selling accounts, characters, game currency, items, levelling services or other assets for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards or assets in other projects is prohibited.
- Transaction fraud, switching terms, using similar names, false intermediary services and misrepresenting items are prohibited.
- Artificially creating or extracting assets through bugs, payment disputes, multiple accounts, bonus codes or coordinated operations designed to bypass economic restrictions is prohibited.
- Gifts, loans and voluntary player transactions are at the players' own risk. The Administration may assist using logs but does not guarantee recovery in cases of ordinary carelessness without evidence of a violation.
8.Payments, bonuses and promotional codes
- Paying with someone else's funds without permission, providing false confirmations, abusing refunds or disputing a credit knowingly received is prohibited.
- Bypassing promotional code, contest or bonus limits through additional accounts, changed technical identifiers or collusion is prohibited.
- An erroneous credit does not become the user's property. Do not spend it; report it to support. The Administration may correct the balance and related game results.
9.Names, clans and user content
- Names impersonating the Administration or containing personal data, advertising, threats or clearly unlawful and discriminatory content are prohibited.
- Emblems, forum messages, images and other materials must belong to the user or be used with the rights holder's permission.
- The Administration may require a name change, hide or remove material that violates the Rules or third-party rights, or disrupts normal community operation.
10.Interaction with the Administration
- Knowingly false complaints, fabricated screenshots or logs, concealment of material circumstances and pressure on moderators are prohibited.
- Do not obstruct investigations, transfer disputed assets to other accounts, create accounts to evade restrictions or organise evasion for another player.
- Project staff should not ask for your complete password or bank card details. Report such requests through official support.
11.Violations and penalties
Measures depend on severity, consequences, gains, repetition, the user's role, voluntary bug reporting and cooperation. The Administration need not apply measures in strict order where immediate protection is required.
- A warning or request to correct the violation.
- Message removal, renaming or restrictions on chat, forum or individual features.
- Cancellation of results, removal of unlawfully obtained assets, balance corrections or reversal of related operations.
- Temporary suspension of a character, game account or master account.
- Permanent bans and extension of restrictions to linked accounts in cases of evasion, fraud, attacks or systematic violations.
12.Evidence and review
Reviews may consider server and payment logs, dashboard audit records, support correspondence, user materials and other relevant data. Screenshots are not the only acceptable evidence, and their absence does not invalidate technical logs.
The Administration may withhold anti-cheat methods, complete logs, other players' personal data and information that would enable circumvention. Reasons for sanctions are communicated in sufficient detail to allow a meaningful appeal.
13.Appeals
The master account owner submits an appeal through support. Include the account, approximate event time, measure applied, specific objections and available evidence.
Repeated requests without new circumstances, insults, threats and public pressure do not speed up review. A review may uphold, reduce, revoke or replace the measure.
14.Changes to the Rules
Rules may be updated when game mechanics, law or methods of abuse change. New versions are published with a revision date; significant changes may also be announced on the website, forum or official Telegram channel.
An event is governed by the version in force at the time of the violation, except for procedural or mitigating changes, or where immediate application is necessary for project security.
